Scourge of War Waterloo - Ligny

Strategic Warfare in Scourge of War Waterloo - Ligny

Scourge of War Waterloo - Ligny is a compelling DLC for PC that expands upon the base game, Scourge Of War Remastered Edition. This additional content immerses players in the historically significant Battle of Ligny, where Napoleon's French forces clashed with Prussian troops under Field Marshal Blucher. With five engaging scenarios, this DLC tests strategic minds as players command units to hold critical positions against challenging adversaries.

Historical Accuracy Meets Tactical Depth

In this DLC, players assume the command of Generalleutnant Hans Ernst Karl Graf von Ziethen, leading part of the I Prussian Corps. The focus is on the strategic defense of key locations, notably the villages and buildings along the left bank of the river Ligne. Your success hinges on maintaining a strong line to ensure that the French army does not break through, thereby risking a severe split from allied forces.
