Pack 1: 10 Tenant Houses - Xbox One

Expand Your Constructor Experience with More Housing Options

Pack 1: 10 Tenant Houses adds a wealth of new content to the base game, Constructor on Xbox One. This downloadable content (DLC) enhances your strategic construction gameplay by introducing ten new tenant houses, each offering fresh opportunities to expand your real estate empire. With various house designs ranging from a Welsh Mansion to an Indian Palace, players can create diverse neighborhoods tailored to attract different tenants.

Diverse Tenant Houses Enhance Gameplay

The ten new structures in this DLC each come with their own unique visual styles and characteristics. For example, the Converted Barn adds a rustic charm, while the Modernist house can attract a more contemporary clientele. Players need to consider not only aesthetics but also how each building can cater to the needs of specific tenant demographics, offering layers of strategy in managing your properties.
