At the heart of the game are Sumire and Akari, two young women burdened by their regrets. Sumire has spent a decade isolating herself as a shut-in, consumed by video games. Facing a terminal illness, she is thrust into the reality of her choices while confined in a hospice on the 7th floor. Her only companions are the memories of unfulfilled dreams, memories that rapidly become more poignant as her time dwindles away.
