幻想三国志5后日谈：兰晹篇 is a free story DLC for 幻想三国志5. It adds a new story starring 兰晹, set after the events at 北天之境. The three kingdoms remain unsettled, while 兰晹 and 月姬 hide their identities and live in seclusion in the mountains. Their quiet life changes when a stranger enters their home.

Story and additions

The DLC adds hidden story content, new story characters, and a new battle form for 兰晹. It also adds battle participants different from those in the main game, along with new background music.
