Expansion - Crusader Kings II: Legacy of Rome

The Rise of the Byzantine Empire in Legacy of Rome

Crusader Kings II: Legacy of Rome serves as the second expansion for the critically acclaimed strategy-RPG on PC. Players step into the tumultuous world of the Byzantine Empire, where political scheming runs deep. As factions grow more ambitious, vassals unite in revolt against your reign, challenging your ability to maintain control over your domain. This expansion brings a plethora of new mechanics, all designed to help you preserve the waning glory of the Roman Empire.

Faction Dynamics: Control the Intrigue

One of the standout features is the intricate faction system that lets players immerse themselves in the political structures of Byzantium. You can join factions to put pressure on your liege, and manage the factions within your own realm. Navigating these loyalties and allegiances is crucial, as any misstep could lead to a devastating revolt or loss of influence. The stakes are high, and every decision counts.
