About PlayStation Store Gift Card
A PlayStation Store Gift Card adds funds to the wallet on your PlayStation account. You can then spend that balance in PlayStation Store.
How to redeem
- On the web, go to PlayStation Store, select your profile at the top of the screen and choose Redeem Code.
- Enter the 12-digit code and select Continue.
- The funds are added to your account.
On PS5, open PlayStation Store, press the triangle button, then select More and Redeem Code. On PS4, Redeem Codes sits at the bottom of the PlayStation Store sidebar. In the PlayStation App, tap the PS Store icon, open the menu and choose Redeem Code. Full steps are on PlayStation Support.
Each code works once, and funds can't be moved between accounts, so check which account you are signed in to first. Wallet top-up codes can't be used on a child account. They go on the family manager's account instead.
Regions and currency
PlayStation says a voucher code must be for the same region as your account. You can't change an account's region later, because it is fixed when the account is created. A code from another region won't redeem.
