宅建らぶ -異世界アルカナシア・土地法復興記

Story and study

宅建らぶ -異世界アルカナシア・土地法復興記 is a PC visual novel and real estate law study game. You play as Naoto Kanzaki, a 28-year-old Japanese real estate worker who wakes up in the otherworld of Arcanasia, where the system for handling land transactions has broken down. After helping a couple and working with five companions, he opens a consultation office in the South District. You follow land and housing disputes and consider what should have been checked to prevent them.

The story covers topics from the Japanese real estate transaction agent exam, including disclosures, deposits, registration, leases, urban planning, and financing. Study cards explain key points and exceptions as they arise, followed by review questions. The roughly 310,000-character story has a shared route, routes for each of the five companions, and a route with all of them. There are six endings.
