Yatai Master

Running the yatai

Yatai Master is a management and narrative game for PC about running a small Japanese-inspired street food stall during its owner’s final year of work. Across 365 days, you buy ingredients, prepare dishes, serve customers, and manage the business as the stall’s regulars and local community become part of its story.

Cooking and service

You can prepare more than 100 dishes using ingredients from specialized local markets. Each night, you’ll work with limited stock, kitchen space, and time. Choose ingredients, pay attention to their quality, and manage cooking times while serving orders. You’ll also decide when to prioritize speed over the quality of a dish.
