Wolves Of Ash is a single-player, turn-based RPG about three Canaanite Habiru who flee their burning home after Jericho’s walls fall. Jaccard, Kyra, and Eilam become mercenaries, fighting other people’s wars for bloodstained gold. You lead them through battles and military camps as they move from wilderness ambushes to secret dealings and a convoy bound for a temple.

Card-fusion combat

Each turn, you use the cards you draw to plan attacks and defend the party. Play cards on their targets, or combine two cards to create a different move once you’ve unlocked the required skills. Two Attack cards make a Special Attack, and two Special Attacks make an Ultimate. Combining Defend cards creates a Counter. Other techniques add stuns, taunts, bleeding, combo attacks, or party healing.
