A Tale of Restoration in Within

In Within, players are thrust into a chaotic realm where hope hangs by a thread. As Obilis, a mercenary turned savior, the fate of a broken world rests on your shoulders. Chosen to become an Excerptus, your quest is clear: gather allies, harness unique abilities, and confront those who would rather see the world perish in ruin than allow change. What will it take to reclaim glory in an age of despair?

The Quest for Allies and Powers

Obilis isn’t alone in this daunting task. He recruits a diverse cast of characters, each bringing unique skills to the group. These allies are more than just companions; they are pivotal to the playstyle you adopt. Completing specific side quests unlocks powerful skills for them, allowing for strategic synergy during combat and exploration. The right combination could mean the difference between success and defeat.
