A pixel RPG in Lindenbrück

Ways of Time is a handcrafted pixel RPG for PC, set in a world where guards go missing, an ancient Titan wakes in forgotten ruins, and shadows spread from the distant Shadow Castle. You wake in a small room in the village of Lindenbrück, then set out to investigate what’s happening beyond it. The main story can be played from start to finish, alone or in online co-op.

Towns and dungeons

Lindenbrück has a marketplace, merchants, a blacksmith, and villagers going about their daily lives. Beyond the village are forgotten dungeons, a trail through snow and ice, Frosthain, an icy quarry, and the Shadow Castle. A day and night cycle changes which enemies appear: more dangerous ones come out after dark. Weather includes rain, thunderstorms, snowfall, and blizzards. Once you know an area, signposts provide fast travel.
