Wavefront: Vanguard is a real-time strategy game for PC, set across procedurally generated islands, archipelagos, and straits. You command forces on land, at sea, and in the air, managing five resources to build units and hold territory. Rather than relying on vision circles, the game makes units blind until sensors detect targets.

Sensors and visibility

You build a shared intelligence picture with optics, radars, sonars, magnetic sensors, and laser designators. Sensor placement and emission control affect what you can see and target; terrain can create radar shadows that conceal forces. Counter-sensors and jammers let you disrupt enemy detection while limiting the signals your own forces emit.
