Watchstander: Surface Warfare Officer Training Simulator

Practice Real Bridge Watchstanding with Watchstander

In Watchstander: Surface Warfare Officer Training Simulator, players are invited to step into the vital role of a bridge watchstander. This PC simulator, designed for those in maritime professions, replicates the essential tasks of navigating a vessel without the need for a costly bridge simulator or a team of crew members. The focus here is on realistic decision-making and management of maritime contacts, placing you in the pressure-filled environment of a ship's bridge.

Engage in Realistic Maritime Scenarios

Simulation in Watchstander revolves around the daily realities of watchstanding. Players manage contacts via radar, issue helm and engine orders, and apply COLREGs in dynamic environments. These scenarios push players to assess collision risks while maintaining the trust of the Captain. Far from combat-focused games, this title prioritizes the intricate responsibilities of navigation and contact management, making it a valuable training tool for junior officers and maritime students alike.
