Climbing the Feline Heights in Was it a Cat I Saw?

In Was it a Cat I Saw?, a strategic swing adventure on PC, players step into the paws of a cat exploring the whimsical challenges of climbing to the top. The game is built on a simple yet intriguing premise: understanding the quirks of feline behavior while mastering a unique skill set. The central mechanic revolves around the cat's "tail swing," which is crucial for navigating the platforming obstacles that litter its journey.

Tail Swing Mechanics: The Heart of Gameplay

Players must press the space bar to extend the cat’s magical tail, which allows it to hang from ceilings and traverse various heights. Timing and precision are critical, as swinging too aggressively can lead to falls that interrupt your progress. It's not just about reaching the top; it's about mastering how to manipulate the environment using your tail, creating an engaging experience that challenges platforming skills.
