Game premise and objective

Wager of Banners is a strategy and resource management game for PC. You inherit a tavern in a small village on an island, and your goal is to expand your village by trading resources. You start with ale and must build your wealth by trading with neighboring villages, each of which has its unique economy.

Trading and resource management

The game uses a card system for trading, where your hand is dealt daily. The value of each card depends on the specific village and its circumstances. For example, a card might be worth two coins in a less populated village and six coins in a more affluent one that has nearby trade connections. This requires strategic thinking about which products to supply to which villages based on the current market conditions.
