Village of the Mirror

Village and premise

Village of the Mirror is a first-person psychological horror game for PC, set in an abandoned village where Japanese and Anatolian folklore meet. You explore the village, an old mansion and nearby buildings, searching for clues to a story that reaches back generations. The game follows Akira Karaca and the village’s concealed past as the boundary between the living and the dead begins to fade.

Across the boundary

You can search abandoned houses, old buildings and places left empty for years. The investigation also takes you beyond the village: passing through Torii gates leads to the afterlife, where the boundary between the two worlds changes. You look through these places for clues and follow traces left by people who came before.
