A risky upgrade shop

Upking is a PC shop-management game about running an upgrade shop for collectibles. You take customer commissions, improve items with a hammer, and decide when to sell or keep gambling on another strike. Your earnings can go toward more draws or upgrades, while rent and compensation payments put the shop at risk.

Customer jobs

Each customer brings an item, a request, and a payment. You choose whether to accept the job, then try to complete it and collect your fee. If an item breaks, you still owe compensation. You can also pay to keep a masterpiece, but if you can’t afford the compensation, the run ends with bankruptcy.
