Time is your greatest enemy in Ultradian. As you navigate the town's haunting streets, your character accumulates fatigue, a vital mechanic that forces you to strategize when to rest and when to press on. Consuming coffee, energy drinks, or stimulants alleviates fatigue, but the clock is ticking. An intense military assault will obliterate Lgov if you can't gather supplies and uncover the mystery of this slumbering plague before it’s too late.
