Settling TRAPPIST-1

TRAPPIST-1 is a hard-science strategy game for PC about establishing colonies across the seven rocky worlds of the real TRAPPIST-1 star system. You build industry on the planets, move supplies between them and manage the risks of life around a dim red star. Rival expeditions may also be present, though the main threats are the system’s conditions and the needs of your colonies.

Surface industry

Planets are mapped in hexes, where you place mines, factories, depots and launch sites. Roads, rail and maglev connect sites on the ground. You’ll need raw materials to support a colony, so choosing where to land matters: you can settle quickly and begin building, or spend time surveying for a more suitable location.
