Game premise and objective

Topiary: A Pruning Puzzle is a puzzle game where players manipulate the growth of plants by cutting them back to solve various challenges. The objective is to trim the plants in a way that fills an outlined shape without leaving any leaves outside of it. Each cut removes everything above the snip, and new growth will produce two branches for every cut made.

Puzzle structure

The game features four gardens, each containing hand-built puzzles to complete. As players progress, the way the plants grow changes, providing different challenges to adapt to. Each puzzle has a par, represented in seasons, and players can track their best performances.
