Three Kingdoms: Wardens of the Pass is a single-player 3D tower defense game set in an imagined Three Kingdoms, where nightmare shades wearing the faces of famous generals attack mountain passes. You build defenses on fixed sites, choose where to cover branching roads and command generals and troops during each battle.

Defenses and battlefield orders

Seven defense types include arrow towers, armor-piercing ballistae, flame and thunder defenses, shield and spear barracks, and platforms for generals. Supplies are limited, so you have to weigh firing coverage against where troops can hold the enemy. During a fight, move generals and barracks squads, focus attacks on dangerous enemies and use generals’ ultimate abilities.
