A Battle for Freedom: Threads of War

Threads of War combines the rogue-lite genre with classic mechanics inspired by Battle City, creating a compelling experience set against the backdrop of modern warfare. Players participate in the defense of Ukraine as they face waves of mechanized foes, including demons and fast-moving werewolves, in a narrative woven from the country's struggle for liberation. The game is more than just entertainment; it’s a poignant reflection of resilience and human tragedy in wartime.

The Heart of a Storyteller

Developed by a father-son duo from Ukraine, Threads of War tells a story rooted in real events, focusing on the liberation of Ukrainian territories during the early stages of the war. From Hostomel to Kherson, players will engage in levels that reflect significant battles and the sacrifices made. The developers incorporate Ukrainian folklore and traditional crafts into the design, providing an immersive experience that also serves a greater purpose, with 25% of earnings dedicated to supporting the Ukrainian Armed Forces.
