Third Bloc

Political management sandbox

Third Bloc is a text-based political management sandbox set during the Cold War. You run a poor new republic, making decisions about its finances, government and relations with rival powers.

Budgets and diplomacy

You balance the budget, recruit experts and bargain with rival powers. The game also puts telegrams in front of you to answer, alongside the broader work of trying to move the republic toward the space age.
