Uniting Aztec Tribes in Theocracy

In Theocracy, players are thrust into an alternate history where the fate of 15th-century Mexico hangs in the balance. Originally released in 2000, this RTS, grand strategy, and city-building hybrid challenges you to rally the diverse Aztec tribes and prepare for an impending Spanish invasion. The game’s re-release is in development, promising modern enhancements that ensure smooth gameplay on contemporary PCs while retaining its compelling strategic roots.

Prophetic Challenges Await

The premise centers around a foretelling experienced by your priest: in one century, the Spanish will invade. This urgent prophecy sets the stage for a race against time. You must grow your small province into a formidable entity capable of defending against external threats. Through a combination of trade, diplomacy, and military prowess, players will need to unify the tribes before history takes its inevitable course.
