A hotel that rearranges itself

The Utsuro Hotel is a retro first-person horror roguelite for PC, set in a hotel whose stairwell won’t tell you how its floors connect. You wake in the stairwell with no memory of checking in. The goal of this prelude is to reach the roof and escape a flood.

There are twelve doors and twelve floors, but the building decides which floor lies behind each door. When you open one, it binds to a floor for the rest of the run. You only learn where it leads once you’re inside and the lock has turned behind you. The roof isn’t initially behind any door.
