The Throne Below

Dungeon management

The Throne Below is a dark dungeon-management game for PC. You play an ancient evil waking beneath the holy kingdom of Vael, digging out an underground lair and defending its heart, the Maw, from the Order of the Pale Sun. Mark ground for your Thralls to excavate, claim, reinforce and strip of gold. Then decide how to use the space and resources they bring back.

Your Claw lets you pick up creatures and drop them where they’re needed. You can also use it to carry captives to devices or slap idle servants back to work. Rooms determine what your dungeon can do: Dens and Grub Pits give monsters places to rest and eat, Blood Pits train them, and a Sanctum reveals new rooms and powers. The rooms you build also determine what creatures emerge from the Rift.
