The Shivah

Uncovering the Mystery in The Shivah

The Shivah is a captivating graphical adventure that puts players in the shoes of Rabbi Russell Stone, a man grappling with his faith and the harsh realities of running a struggling synagogue in New York City. As membership dwindles and funds decrease, Stone faces a crisis of purpose. Just when he’s ready to give up, he learns that a deceased member of his congregation has bequeathed him a significant amount of money. Is this a blessing or a curse?

The Duality of Faith and Morality

Players will navigate complex themes of morality and ethical dilemmas as they guide Rabbi Stone through Manhattan. The choice to accept the money poses questions about the nature of faith and the temptations that come with ease. Will he chase personal gain, or will he seek the truth behind the sudden windfall? These decisions lead players through a rich narrative, exploring the balance between religious conviction and worldly desires.
