Game premise and mechanics

The Session is a psychological horror game where you are strapped to a chair during a therapy session. The goal is to escape while your therapist attempts to uncover dark secrets through personal questions. You have to time your escapes with the sound of thunder and decide how to respond to your therapist to improve your chances of survival.

Escape methods

You can attempt to free your hands from restraints using two methods: a QUICK TUG for slower but safer progress, or a HARD PULL for faster but riskier progress. Each choice you make affects your escape attempt and potentially your fate in the session.
