Game mode and scoring

The Moth and the Moon is a rhythm platformer for PC where you guide a moth across a forest lake while successfully timing jumps to progress the piano piece Clair de Lune. The game offers four difficulty modes: Easy, Normal, Hard, and Virtuoso, each presenting its own scoring challenges. You can compete on online leaderboards to earn the highest score among friends and other players.

Platforming and musical mechanics

You will master precise platforming as you jump to the rhythm of the music. Timing is crucial; each jump corresponds to a note in the composition. Missing a note can disrupt your rhythm, causing the moth to fall into the lake below. The game incorporates an element of musical timing, requiring you to focus on both the visual and audio cues.
