The Lostwood is a dark fantasy roguelike card battler. You enter a strange forest looking for a cure for someone you love, earning cards as you go. At each enemy, you study its next move and choose a handful of cards from your collection for the fight.

Cards and combat

You choose one card each round. Used cards stay available rather than going to a discard pile, and many can be played repeatedly as energy, cooldowns and use limits allow. Energy carries between rounds, while resting restores it. Your collection has no fixed cap, but a winning combination in one fight may fail in the next.
