The Logomancer

Discovering the Mindscape in The Logomancer

The Logomancer invites players into a richly woven narrative that unravels in the coastal city of Ordolus. Here, negotiators Ardus Sheridan and his apprentice John Marrow seek to finalize a pivotal contract with a newly revealed logomancer, Glenton Dahl. As players step into this world, they encounter a tapestry of questions: What is logomancy? How does one navigate the complexities of a communal dreamworld? The blend of negotiation and discovery shines throughout this JRPG.

Engaging Conflicts through Rhetoric and Logic

Unlike traditional JRPGs that often resort to combat, The Logomancer centers around intellectual duels. Players resolve conflicts through argumentation and persuasive speech rather than weapons and magic. Navigating social interactions becomes an art of rhetoric, with persuasion and elocution taking precedence over physical stats. A simple encounter might evolve into a profound discussion, challenging players to engage thoughtfully with NPCs and make their case in creative ways.
