The Keeper's Path

The Haunting Allure of The Keeper's Path

In The Keeper's Path, a PC-based idle RPG, players take on the role of a unique custodian, tending to a living house that consumes everything within it. This isn’t just any dwelling; it's imbued with the power of formidable beings (tyrants, beasts, and even gods) that are trapped within its walls. As the keeper, you must navigate a haunting narrative, deciding whether you’re safeguarding the world from these entities or merely exploiting their strength for your own gain.

The Mechanics of Captivity and Power

Central to the game's design is the mechanic of binding. Players train their paths one at a time, capturing powerful beings and containing them in barrows. This slow progression means that as your captured entities leak power into you, the house grows stronger, and your moral compass becomes increasingly ambiguous. Are you a protector or a parasitic force? The distinction blurs as you delve deeper into your responsibilities.
