The In Between

Game premise and mechanics

The In Between is a competitive party game for PC where players choose to be either demons or spell-casting hunters. In this game, players engage in a unique battle where demons possess hunters to attack other hunters, while hunters must defeat possessed hunters to eliminate the demons. The goal for both teams is to successfully target the members of the opposing side while avoiding attacks on their own teammates.

Team dynamics

Each match involves strategic teamwork as players must coordinate their attacks and decisions. A demon needs to choose the right moment to possess a hunter, which allows them to turn the tables on the opposing team. Conversely, hunters need to stay vigilant to identify which players are possessed and to plan their attacks carefully to avoid friendly fire.
