The Grimm Reapress and the Drearytale Monster

Story-driven adventure

The Grimm Reapress and the Drearytale Monster is a single-player, story-driven adventure for PC. Mono sets out to save her sister, the only person who has treated her like family, after she contracts Paper Mortis. The disease turns girls into storybooks called Grimoires, then into monsters. Mono makes a contract with Mär, a fantastical monster, to reach the Libratarium, where her sister is being kept.

Storybooks and bosses

Inside the Libratarium, you enter picture books that tell the stories of other girls who contracted Paper Mortis. Each tale reveals something about its heroine’s past and psyche, and ends in a boss battle. You’ll solve puzzles and fight through the storybooks as Mono searches for her sister and a way to save her from the incurable disease.
