THE FIGHT BUSINESS: BOXING MANAGER is a management and business simulation focused on establishing a boxing promotion. Players start with limited resources and small shows, working to build their reputation, sign fighters, and negotiate bouts. The objective is to develop the promotion into a larger entity by managing aspects such as contracts, rankings, and financial health.

Game modes

In the game, there are two main modes to choose from. In Promoter Only mode, you concentrate on matchmaking, managing contracts, hosting events, and overseeing the commercial aspects of boxing. In Trainer + Promoter mode, you take on the dual role of managing both the gym and the promotion, which involves developing fighters' skills alongside running the broader business operations.
