The Buried Light

Game description

The Buried Light is a roguelike game set in the mythical world of Arçuray, where sentient forests have been adapted into powerful botanical spacecrafts due to a cosmic event. Players take on the role of guiding these living war machines through a dark narrative, with the objective of reclaiming the sun from the god Erlik. The game features a retro-pixelated aesthetic alongside a low-octave bass soundtrack that complements its visuals.

Crafting system

The game includes a Deep Modular Bullet Crafting system, allowing for extensive customization of ammunition. You can create bullets by selecting their physical nature and core damage type, determine the shooting style, and define on-hit and on-kill effects that trigger secondary abilities, or crowd control effects upon impact and upon defeating an enemy.
