Terra Machina

Mining and factory building

Terra Machina is a 2D mining and factory sandbox for PC. You drill through rock and ore, collect discoveries, then send them to your factory to make parts and improve your equipment. Better drills break through layers that once slowed you down, opening access to more ores, plants, caves and buried ruins.

The factory grows from crushing and smelting into production lines with machines and pipes. Process ores with different compositions, shape metals into parts, and use those parts to build more machines. You can connect lines, run machines in parallel and put byproducts back into production. The cycle is to mine materials, expand your factory, then use its output to push farther underground and build at a larger scale.
