Sylvie's Bar: Help Wanted!

Bar management

Sylvie's Bar: Help Wanted! is a management sim with visual novel elements, set in a fantasy bar staffed by monster girls. You play an assistant manager sent by the organization CHIMERA to help restore the failing business. The bar looks proper from the outside, but money is tight, the staff needs direction, and its intimidating owner, Sylvie, is reluctant to admit she needs help. You have 160 days to turn the business around and help fulfill her dreams.

Staff and nightly shifts

Each night, choose which workers are on duty and assign them to areas of the bar. The monster girl staff have different strengths, weaknesses, personalities, and specialties, so assignments matter when serving different types of customers. Workers gain experience on the job and become more capable over time.
