Still Wakes the Deep - Xbox Series

Facing the Unknown in Still Wakes the Deep

Still Wakes the Deep brings a fresh chapter to the first-person narrative horror genre through the craftsmanship of The Chinese Room, known for their previous titles like Amnesia: A Machine for Pigs and Dear Esther. Set aboard an isolated offshore oil rig during a catastrophic storm, players embody a rig worker confronting terror amidst relentless waves and freezing waters. With all communication lost and avenues of escape gone, the rig becomes a prison where survival hinges on the choices you make.

Stranded in a Evolving Nightmare

The game invites players to traverse a full-scale depiction of a 1970s Scottish oil rig, where the environment transforms as the narrative progresses. Each corner of the rig exudes a palpable tension, beckoning exploration but warning of lurking horrors. As the story unfolds, the rig's haunting beauty and treacherous conditions are intricately intertwined, making every encounter feel significant.
