Still Garden: A Wildlife Photography Sim is a first-person photography game set in a stylized Japanese garden. You walk among red bridges, stone lanterns, bamboo groves and hilltop shrines, watching animals as they wander, graze, sleep and play. There are no enemies, health bar or timer. Instead, you wait for a pose and try to capture it.

Camera and film

The camera has adjustable aperture from f/1.4 to f/16, a manual focus ring and depth of field. You can hold your breath and half-press the shutter to steady your hands, though waiting too long makes them shake. Choose from six film looks, including Warm Film, Golden Hour and Monochrome. The viewfinder shows the image that will appear on the print.
