Starr Mazer: DSP

Blast Through a Roguelike Adventure in Starr Mazer: DSP

Starr Mazer: DSP reinvigorates the side-scrolling shoot’em up genre, echoing classic titles like Gradius and Lords of Thunder while introducing a thrilling roguelike twist. Players take control of a squadron of DSP pilots, each with distinct ships, weapon loadouts, and dialogue. The mission is straightforward yet chaotic: survive nine intense levels, push through relentless waves of enemies, and defeat three formidable bosses in a race to conquer the G’ell Super Ship.

Recruit Your Dream Team Before Each Mission

Strategic recruitment is key to your success. Choose from a colorful array of humans, aliens, and even a dog to form your custom squadron prior to each mission. Picking your pilots involves assessing their unique abilities, weapons, and stats, ensuring you have the best blend to tackle upcoming challenges. The variety adds layers of strategy, as each pilot can shift the tide of battle based on their specializations.
