Space Novel: Echoes of the Divide

A factory worker caught in war

Space Novel: Echoes of the Divide is a branching science-fiction story for PC. You follow Nav, a factory worker in the Galactic Union of Races, where living Trees determine citizens’ roles, abilities, and futures. Nav’s routine of handling spores and meeting production quotas ends when the mysterious Ancients attack. With his friend NIZ and an experimental crystal, he tries to escape the fighting.

Choices and conflicting accounts

Nav’s escape draws him into a wider conflict. You decide when to cooperate, when to lie, and when to risk the limited freedom he has. Officials, smugglers, scientists, and powerful leaders all have their own motives, and accounts of the truth serve competing interests. Decisions about whom to trust and protect shape the story’s routes and endings, including situations where Nav’s chance to survive puts someone else’s freedom in his hands.
