The Cosmic Conflict in Solar Engine

Your universe is threatened, and it’s up to you to navigate the chaos in Solar Engine, a procedurally generated top-down dungeon crawler for PC. In this game, players must race against their uncle, who believes he's saving the galaxy by enforcing mechanical order. Venture across as many as 80 handcrafted planets, each stemming from a single seed, where survival hinges on managing elemental hazards and claiming powerful Celestial abilities.

Exploration in a Finite Galaxy

Each planet in Solar Engine is permanent and designed for endless exploration. Unlike typical roguelikes, this game offers a finite galaxy filled with distinct environments, atmospheric challenges, and unique cave systems. What awaits in the Celestial dungeons can vary dramatically, with players required to adapt their strategies based on each world's elemental nature, be it scorching heat, frigid cold, or toxic radiation.
