SO-3: Caso 044 is a single-player psychological horror adventure for PC, set between a fictional computer operating system and a house explored in first person. You investigate Case 044 by looking for clues on the desktop, then examining rooms and objects in the house. As the session changes, conversations become unsettling, files reveal unexpected details, and familiar places stop feeling safe.

Desktop investigation

You use SO-3’s applications to talk with family and friends, choosing from available replies to open new lines of conversation. Messages can connect to information in documents and social network posts, while the browser lets you search fictional websites and follow links. Reading files and completing tasks in these applications moves the investigation forward.
