SJM - Ski Jumping Manager

National team management

SJM - Ski Jumping Manager is a PC ski jumping management game. You take charge of a national team, choose athletes for its squads, and make decisions across the season. Compare athlete profiles and skills, then plan competition schedules for teams at different levels, from lower circuits to the World Cup.

Training and team development

Set training and recovery plans, and track changes in athletes’ skills, form, and fatigue as the calendar progresses. You can balance preparations for the next event against developing athletes for future seasons. New junior jumpers join the team over time; you decide how to develop them and when they’re ready to compete at a higher level alongside experienced athletes.
