The Premise of Silverbrook: a Text-Based RPG

In Silverbrook: a Text-Based RPG, players confront the thrill of adventure with a narrative-driven experience devoid of graphics. Set in a troubled town beset by goblins and the undead, your journey begins as an adventurer facing harrowing challenges and the mysterious forces awakening beyond the mountain pass. With the stakes rising, fortune and glory await those brave enough to take the plunge.

Classic Tabletop Mechanics in a Modern Format

Utilizing a full D&D 5e-compatible ruleset, Silverbrook emphasizes strategic gameplay over mere chance. Every statistic matters, attack rolls, saving throws, and spell slots weave together in a combat system where preparation is key. Combat is nuanced; it’s not a simple flip of a coin, but rather a calculated risk against foes who will test your every action. Every choice can mean the difference between survival and defeat.
