ABOUT THIS GAME
Basement desk
Shred Inc. is a PC game about working for the National Shredding Agency, where your government-issued shredder and daily quota are waiting in a basement office. Your job is to make the documents delivered to your desk disappear by the end of each shift.
Feeding the shredder
Shredding is hands-on: you grab each page, line it up and feed it into the machine. Staples, paper clips and binder spines affect how the shredder handles the paperwork. Meet your quota to earn a performance review and unlock better equipment, progressing from a wheezing desktop unit to an industrial shredder.
