Shouhon

Explore the Underworld in Shouhon

In Shouhon, players step into the ethereal shoes of a ghost who inhabits a jiangshi puppet trapped deep within an underground tomb. This 2D roguelike metroidvania action game offers a unique environment where every run challenges players to navigate randomly generated stages filled with both enemies and mysteries. The eerie atmosphere complements intense combat, bringing the ghostly theme to life.

Mastering Talismans to Change Gameplay

Every death in Shouhon is a learning opportunity. Players collect ink, allowing them to unlock various talisman abilities at the Talisman Workshop. Unlike most games where upgrades merely enhance stats, talismans fundamentally alter gameplay mechanics, providing tactical shifts. For instance, trading a dodge for a parry invites a defensive playstyle, showcasing the depth of customization available to players pursuing their preferred combat strategies.
