十四亿分之一

A life assigned at birth

十四亿分之一 is a PC life simulation set in China. You’re born into a randomly selected province, city, ethnic group and family, with the selection based on real statistics. You then live that person’s life through milestones including school, the high school entrance exam, the gaokao, work, relationships, marriage, children, housing, retirement and death.

Your choices can change the course of a life somewhat, but they can’t erase its starting circumstances. There’s no winning or judging: when the life ends, you see the full record of that person’s years.
