She is in Silence

Story and setting

She is in Silence is a PC game about Iolite, who can draw things into existence, but can’t make human beings. You encounter her near a hospital in a world where humanity has disappeared. The hospital is overgrown with moss and vines, and the surrounding ruins have been worn down until steel and concrete resemble fossils.

Iolite and her drawings

You learn about Iolite through her drawing ability and the questions surrounding her identity. She has spent fourteen years in isolation, though it’s unclear whether she is human. She won’t share much about herself, instead leaving you to wonder who she is.
